Createx (Pty) Ltd is part of the FI Group of companies, based in Cape Town, South Africa. The FI Group is owned by a German family who invested in the South African market over 40 years ago.
The Createx management team of Josh Kumpers (Managing Director), Sean Lavery (Financial Director) and Jose de Sousa (Development and Sales Director) have many years of experience in the textile industry.
Using his technical experience and working closely with digital printers throughout South Africa, Jose de Sousa has developed fabrics perfectly suited for the digital printing industry for both paper dye sublimation printing as well as for solvent inks printing direct to textiles. This is in addition to the fabrics developed for the security and industrial industries.
Createx is now expanding its print media product offering and will shortly be offering other substrates.
In 2013, Createx has expanded into the digital printer market as well as the supply of digital printing inks after being awarded the agency for Twinjet Digital printers and Inkwin Digital inks. Our printer offering includes both Textile Direct Sublimation Inkjet printers as well as Eco-Solvent printers while on the ink side, we will be introducing Solvent Based Inks, Eco-Solvent Inks and Textile Water-based Sublimation Inks. We have invested in quality product support by acquiring the services of an experienced technician from Europe who will be on hand to assist with the installation and on-going support of the printers as well as the provision of ICC Colour Management and Profiling services. This is an exciting new direction for Createx and fulfils our ambition of providing a full solution to the digital printing industry.
In addition to the quality of our product, Createx is very aware of the importance of service to our customers. We pride ourselves on our quick turn-around time from the time the order is placed to the goods arriving at their premises as we know this is essential to our customers. We strive to maintain suitable stock levels to ensure that our customers preferred products are always available.
